From 1992 to 2002, he worked in the department of bridges and GTS institute "Lengiproinzhproekt", where the architect executed the architectural part of the Leshtukova bridge project across the Fontanka river, the section of the object Smolnaya naberezhnaya with a viewing platform, the central section of the main descent reconstruction of the object Birzhevaya ploshchad (St. Petersburg). From 1993 to the present, he is the main artist of the "Quiet House" program, which aired on RTR channel since 1991, and on Channel 1 since 1997. In 2002, he founded the architectural studio "Baltservisdesign (unavailable link)". More than one hundred and fifty built objects have been completed according to the study projects. Many projects and buildings of the architect were awarded the highest Russian professional awards. In 2015, in Moscow, in the Central house of the architect, he received the 1st place in the nomination "The best realized public object with an area of ​​more than 1 ha", a gold diploma and a bronze cube of the VI Russian National Award for landscape architecture for the Park project on Pionerskoy square in St. Petersburg. In July 2016, an exchange agreement was agreed in Tallinn between СПбГХПА and A. Л. Stiglitsa and the Estonian Academy of Arts. In February 2017, in Tartu, as part of the delegation from St. Petersburg, an agreement was reached on cooperation and interaction between the two oldest art schools in Russia and Estonia, Tartu Art College and Academy named after A. Л. Stiglitz. In May 2017, at the Council of Landscape Architecture of the St. Petersburg Union of Architects, a new ecopark was presented in the Primorsky District of St. Petersburg, executed by an architect together with OOO "Urbis" and OOO "Sevzapinzhtekhznologiya". In June 2017, he gave a speech at the State Russian Museum with the talk "Landscape architecture of a megapolis at the end of the 20th and early 21st century." In September 2017, he hosted a series of programs about modern architecture in Estonia on the "Radio 4" channel in Tallinn. In February 2018, he organized the first exhibition of the Estonian Academy of Arts in St. Petersburg
